Every parking lot striping project follows our proven step-by-step process — built for quality, transparency, and results you can see.

We measure the lot and discuss your layout requirements — number of stalls, drive lane widths, ADA spaces, fire lanes, and any custom markings needed. You receive a clear quote.

The surface is blown clean of debris. For new striping over sealcoating, we confirm the sealer has fully cured. For restriping, old lines are assessed to determine whether they need blocking out or can be painted over.

Stall dimensions, drive lane widths, and all special markings are carefully measured, snapped with chalk lines where needed, and confirmed before paint application begins.

Lines are applied with professional striping machines for consistent width and clean edges. ADA symbols, stencils, and directional markings are completed by hand or with dedicated stencil equipment. The lot can typically be reopened within 30–60 minutes of completion.

Traffic paint on asphalt typically lasts 2–3 years in high-traffic commercial lots and longer in lower-traffic or covered areas. UV exposure, power washing, and plow trucks accelerate fading. Restriping after sealcoating extends life because the paint bonds well to a fresh seal surface.
We use high-quality water-based traffic paint for most applications — it's durable, fast-drying, and compliant with environmental regulations. For specific situations requiring extended durability or reflectivity, we discuss the best product for the application.
ADA requirements are based on total parking capacity. For lots with 1–25 spaces, one accessible space is required; 26–50 spaces require two; and so on, with specific ratios for van-accessible spaces. We apply the current requirements and can advise on compliance based on your lot size.
Yes. If you want to change stall angles, add spaces, or improve traffic flow, we can design a new layout. Existing lines may need to be blocked out (painted over with asphalt sealer) before the new layout is applied, which we can do as part of the project.
